I absolutely loved the hotel's decoration and general areas. The lobby had a charming vintage touch with beautiful artwork and cozy seating areas. The hotel's accessibility for senior people was excellent with ramps and handrails throughout the premises, making it easy to navigate and feel safe.

I would suggest better training for the young staff members. They were friendly, but sometimes they seemed a bit inexperienced and could use more knowledge about how to assist senior guests.

Very good location - right on the one of the best beaches in Mallorca. Easy free parking. Pleasant staff. Would recommend to anyone.

No internet in the room. If you're not a German - no TV, except CNN. No remote control for the TV - probably the only 4 star hotel in the world that does not have one.

Location and serenity: it is located in front of the beach, but not too close to the confusion. The nice view of the appartment over the beach and sea. The hotel is calm and relaxed.

We have asked double bed, but were given a room with twin beds.

nice pool, nice and quiet area

Very close to the beach and a few minutes walk far from the main services of Can Picafort. Confortable room and beautiful view of the sea from the terrace. The hotel can easily manage late check-out. Recommended for families with children.

My main reason for choosing Aparthotel Dunes Platja was its proximity to the Playa de Santa Margarita, which I had been longing to visit. I was pleasantly surprised by the à la carte restaurant located by the sea, offering excellent views of the Mediterranean. The menu specialized in Mallorcan cuisine and I thoroughly enjoyed the fresh fish and grilled meats served there. The restaurant's location and the delicious food made my experience truly memorable.

Double charged, poor customer service

The hotel was rcommended by friends of ours that stayed there in April. It is on the beach and very close to a nature reserve. It also has access to shops,bars and restaurants within a few minutes walking distance. Excellent location. Staff were exceptionally friendly and I would be happy to stay there again. We hired a car but unless you want to go out and about there is no need for a car. There are good transport links to other parts of the Island.

The dining room offers delicious buffets, and you can take a refreshing dip in the outdoor swimming pool. The hotel's terrace, with a covered and heated swimming pool, is perfect for all seasons. The recreational facilities, including a fitness center and sauna, add to the peaceful atmosphere. The a la carte restaurant serves mouthwatering Majorcan dishes, and the apartments come with a large terrace and all the necessary amenities.

Soft drink selection at breakfast is poor.

We had great value for our money at this hotel. The room was clean, neat, and well-equipped with a kitchen. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the beautiful beach. The staff treated us very well, even offering us breakfast before our early departure.
